Invitation to PWN Paris 2017 Annual General Meeting:

Our AGM will be held on 28th of June, from 8:45pm following the Best Of! 2017

at Goethe-Institut - 17 avenue d’Iéna - 75016 Paris.

The agenda of our AGM is as follows: 

• Report by the President: presentation and discussion
• Treasurer’s and audit report: presentation and approval
• Election of new members of the Governing Board: presentation of electronic votes’ results and of the candidates newly elected.

We ask you to register to this event to confirm your attendance no later than close of business (7pm) on Monday, 26th June.

Should you not be able to join us on the 28th June, we herewith enclose a template regarding the delegation of voting rights to be returned also by close of business (7pm CET) Monday, 26th June, to our Secretary General, Catherine Brennan (cdelpicotbrennan@gmail.com).
