PWN Amsterdam: Upskilling For The Future

The future is in flux - whether it's because we choose for this or it will be chosen for us. So much technological change is coming our way. It's being said that many jobs will be redundant in the near future. In just +/- 5 years, many of these changes will already be in place.

As Natalija Counet from 361degreesLAB shares, many are finding it hard to navigate in the changing landscapes of what jobs will be available and what skills will be required. We know we need to be looking at learning or training for skills that our critical for our future but it can seem overwhelming.

It can also be that we're at a crossroads in our careers. What we're doing now isn't necessarily what we want to be doing in the future. Again, so many choices can sometimes paralyze us from making the move we want.
