It's that time of the year again!
The PWN Nice-Cote D'Azur Board members are ready to share with all of you, our valued members, the activities carried out during this past year and the new plans for 2023 during our Annual General Meeting.
This has been a year where we have moved back to more in-person events and we're planning even more face-to-face events for this coming year. However to allow the maximum number of members to attend, we have decided to keep the AGM on Zoom for 2023.
The Annual General Meeting is a great opportunity for members to meet and communicate with the Board. It allows all members to get an update on last year's achievements, review the annual accounts and adopt them, and have an update on our plans and priorities for 2023.
As with all AGM's, there will be an opportunity to say thank you to those Board Members who have served their mandate, while also voting in the new and existing members of the Board in their second term. This year, we have several Board positions on which to be officially voted. Some other roles may also change which will be added. We will publish the candidates shortly.
If you're interested in any of these roles or to act as a support to these roles, then please do step forward and contact a current board member.
The agenda of the AGM will be shared with all members by email, as well as the instructions for on-line voting. The AGM presentation will include the President's report, the Financial report, and the motivational statements of the Board candidates.
