PWN Romania - Women on Boards Academy Session

The next session of the Women on Boards Academy program will take place on Tuesday, January 31st, from 16.00 to 20.00, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

This edition of the program is called Adding value as board member and this session is part of the module on Roles and responsibilities of board members.

The issues tackled in this session are:

- Successful Boards - individual and team success, the necessary abilities that influence the board's success - with Simona Baciu

- What is a successful Board and how do we evaluate our success - with Simona Fătu

- Disfunctional boards - reasons, challenges and how to correct the disfunctions - with Radu Crăciun.

Guest speaker at the beginning of the session is Mihai Purcarea.
