PWN Netherlands: Dare to Lead - in practice

Join us for a mini-workshop with Mieke Coupé, Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.

This online event is inspired by the PWN Netherlands Book Club September read of Dare to Lead by Brené Brown. 

Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building book and program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is not an innate quality, but a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Mieke will take us through a couple of exercises to help us understand and experiment with vulnerability and courage. We will finish with a Q&A section where Mieke will answer your questions.

This event is open to PWN members and guests. Prior registration is required.

Having read Dare to Lead is recommended (simply because it’s a life-changing read) but not required. Feel free to join us even if you haven’t read any of Brené Brown’s books.
