PWN Netherlands - Who is in your Personal Boardroom? A Networking Event

30 April 2021 12:00 CET - 13:30 CET Online via Zoom

NETWORKING EVENT

Who is in your Personal Boardroom?

It’s very easy to get stuck in a rut with who you talk to for your job. Meetings with the same set of people, and too much time on Zoom take their toll. Online coffees aren’t the same.
What are you missing? If you were to think deliberately about your network, could that lead to some useful, refreshing conversations and maybe even a breakthrough in your job or career?

PWN Netherlands has invited Amanda Scott to bring you some fresh thinking on networks. Together with Zella King, Amanda has developed a tool for appraising and planning your network, called the Personal Boardroom.

Here is her recipe to make the most of our next event, in three steps:

1. Take stock - between now and when we meet, take a moment to reflect on who is in your network already.  If you would like to explore who is in your own Personal Boardroom, register here. It’s free.
Consider if some of your relationships are past their shelf life? What’s missing? Who would you like to be talking to? How could you add some spice to your conversations?

2. Add fresh ideas - In the first part of our networking event Amanda will offer you a different way to think about your network and build on the Personal Boardroom concept and its key principles: resources, reach and diversity.

3. Create something delicious - In the second part we will turn things over to you. People tell us our networking events are at their best when they get time to talk and ask each other for help.

When you register for this event, we will send you a short assignment so before you arrive, you have thought about the help you are looking for.
