Many people and especially women are uncomfortable with power and the behaviors required to attain positions of power.
So, how can a “feminine” kind of power be enriched with meaning and embody sharing, consent, inclusion, influence?
How important is motivation in achieving leadership/power positions?
“Data on the organization of activities for those living in a family show that men prioritize their work more than women do (38.3% vs. 28.3%). In addition, the presence of sons/daughters changes the priority that women assign to work (the female figure dropping to 17.4%) while it does not affect that of men (38.8%)”.
