Welcome back to a new year and a new start!

After closing last year with a balance of what 2020 brought us and a brand new wish list for 2021, now let's apply some science to it.

Through a study made by Harvard professors, Nancy will walk us through the four main drivers that guide our motivation, the motive to act. A model that can be applied with teams in companies and with yourself, once you know what they are, you can act consciously to pick your goals or understand why some things are harder for us to achieve than others.
