PWN Rome | Power and co-optation mechanisms: how to use them to our advantage | November 26th | Webinar

26 November 2020 18:30 - 20:00 Zoom

PWN Rome doesn't stop

Dears,

building power and influence skills is not about changing who you are or becoming someone else. It is about adding a set of activities and skills to your repertoire to become more effective and successful.

Many people and particularly women are uncomfortable with power and the behaviors required to be co-opted into positions of power.

That’s a big problem, because research shows that power skills and behaviors matter for career success. To generate results, pursue goals and improve our career path we also need Power.

A womanly kind of Power is enriched with meaning and becomes sharing, consent, inclusion, influence.

We must learn to exercise Power to contaminate society, economy, politics.

Power matters and, besides having to bring it out, we must learn to reach it and use it.

Power is our next challenge!

Join us on  26 November from 6.30pm (via Zoom) for the webinar "Power and co-optation mechanisms: how to use them to our advantage"  organized by PWN Rome and Inspiring Fiftyunder the patronage of Inclusione Donna.
