Long before COVID-19 upended our home and work lives, we were seeing new trends in the way the typical career journey unfolds. 

The traditional experience of a career for life had started to become obsolete and we were all facing a future career characterised by multiple phases and reinvention; a lifelong focus on learning and reskilling and a more flexible approach to the how and where of work. 

This future is now very firmly at our doorstep and requires us all to make shifts in the way we think about our own career and those of the people we manage. 

In this session, LHH will share insights from their 50+ years of helping people navigate career transitions and offer practical tips and strategies for how you can navigate and thrive in this new world.
