Every company has its own unique culture, defined by a collective set of values and habits that condition actions of people within the organization. Culture is essentially the written and unwritten rules of how people work with each other, customers and other stakeholders.  Cultures happen by default or design.  Often, we leave it up to the CEO and her team to ‘shape the culture’. This webinar lays out the reasons why female leaders have a responsibility to shape the culture to make it an inclusive culture where ALL can thrive.  In particular, this webinar will focus on how we can evolve the culture in our firms so that positive politics becomes the norm.
