In the last weeks, our world dramatically changed at a speed never experienced before.  The way we used to work as employees or entrepreneurs had to adapt rapidly.

Changes usually take place in three phases: Awareness, Redefinition and Experimentation.

However, the speed of change of this particular historical moment confronts us with technological and above all relational challenges.

Each one of us has  to rethink her/his skills and identify new ways of creating value by fully embracing the SMART concept.
