PWN Zug & Zurich: Mentoring Program Kick-off

Physically distant, but socially close - kick start our 2020 Mentoring Program on Zoom   

An exciting PWN Zug & Zurich community gathering will introduce the line-up of 2020 mentees and mentors. The uncertainty around the current Coronavirus lockdown and security measures make it appropriate, for the time being, to shift to a digital conference experience on Zoom.

The technology available, our passion and your active participation will ensure we will enjoy a fruitful, inspiring and bonding evening together, and in full safety.

In 2020, over 40 mentoring couples were hand-matched by PWN Zug & Zurich. The collaboration will start during the Zoom conference, where we will reflect about the key foundation of Mentoring: the meaning of giving and receiving. The event will open the 2020 Mentoring Program workflow, which will last for the next 9 months, through the exchange and joint development of the mentoring couples.

Our special guest, Daniela Rüdisüli-Sodjah, Managing Director & President Chance for Children Foundation, will join the event from Ghana.

For over 20 years, Daniela has been relentlessly serving her purpose to help, serve and give an opportunity through education to disadvantaged children in Ghana, leading today an organization that employs over 70 people and helps hundreds of families in the country every year. Daniela will share her key principles and driving forces for any Mentoring and developing experience:

- Find your core purpose and be relentless in following through
- Seek for help and accept help on your path
- Gather many like-minded people around you and accept to be leader as well as follower
- Learn, reflect, implement and re-adjust – every day

This event is exclusively for PWN Zug & Zurich 2020 mentees and mentors.
