PWN Dublin, in collaboration with the Irish Management Institute present "Practical People Engagement: The art of stakeholder management".

On Thursday 13th February 2020, PWN Dublin welcomes Mr. David Cornick to speak on the subject of stakeholder management.

David Cornick is an IMI associate and business mentor specialising in the domain of leadership.

With over 30 years experience in the IT industry, David is well placed to share his experiences in the areas of Leadership, International Account Management, Business Development and Stakeholder Management.  He has worked locally in Ireland, Internationally across EMEA and at a Global level and has had international assignments in UK, France and Switzerland.  

David has run small, medium and large businesses operating in Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America holding a variety of Senior Executive Leadership roles including bottom line profit and top line revenue responsibilities. 

During his career he has spent a considerable amount of time in the area of Stakeholder Management internally and externally across a wide variety of divisions and companies. David will share his experiences, provide insights and tips as well as some models and processes to effectively manage Stakeholders across a broad range of functions. 

David is a part of the IMI Associate Faculty.
