PWN Stockholm: Resilience and grit in leadership

20 August 2019 18:00 - 20:30 Folkuniversitetet, Aula 220

There is a lot of discussion about how to be successful in challenging situations. Nowadays, both resilience and grit are seen as key points in personal development and professional performance, and in consequence, are crucial to achieve personal and team performance, effectiveness, leadership and success.

We all experience challenging situations during our lives, personal and professional – but how we deal with them is what makes the difference. When we know how to build resilience, grit and keep a healthy level of optimism during the most challenging situations, it becomes easier to consistently maintain a high performance level and succeed even in the face of adversity.

This two-part workshop is an introduction on how to get started on your own journey to become more resilient. The first part will focus on personal drives, motivations and goals, while the second part will cover the basic tips on how to build resilience and grit.
