Meet our panel:

Ciaran Fennessy

Ciaran Fennessy is a Senior Program Manager with Citi Securities Services business.  Ciaran has led the RPA team supporting Securities Services deploying "BOTS" across multiple business lines and has also played an active role in the development and roll-out of AI projects supporting.  Ciaran chairs the Irish Funds Industry Association FInTech Working Group and has spoken widely onRPA and AI in the fund's industry.  Ciaran has an MBS from the Irish Management Institute and an MSc in Experimental Physics from Maynooth University.

Amber Higgins

Amber Higgins is a Blockchain Engineer in Citi's Dublin Innovation Lab, home to Citi's Blockchain TT's Blockchain Centre of Excellence.  Her team works with Citi's internal and external clients to reinvent their business processes and build commercially sustainable solutions using Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).  Amber graduated in 2018, at the top of her class, with a Masters in Computer Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin.  She is passionate about cybersecurity and distributed systems, the cornerstones of Distributed Ledger Technology.

 Richa Pathak

Richa Pathak is an Innovation Catalyst within the Citi's Dublin Innovation Lab.  She has worked in Citi in a range of product management and development roles in the Trade and Treasury Solutions business, across the UK, South Africa, and Ireland.  She has been responsible for solutioning from complex deals and managing cross-regional stakeholder functions and has led several projects with global institutional clients, including an internal start-up to offer affordable financing to small and medium enterprises using machine learning based credit algorithms.  Richa has an MBS from IESE Business School in Spain and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University in India.

The event will be opened by Cecilia Ronan, Chief Country Officer, Citi Ireland & CAO of Citibank Europe plc (CEP) and moderated by Claire Chung, Chief Information Officer of CEP.
