PWN Paris - Ever wondered about becoming a PWN board member?

Are you committed to helping women accelerate their career and improve their leadership? If the answer is “yes” or “I’d love to help”, come and join us for an informal Q&A session on the Board of the PWN, the various positions, the responsibilities of the VPs and the election process.  

PWN Paris renews approximately half of its Board member positions every year. (Version française ci-dessous) 

In 2019, the following mandates will be open :

• President
• Treasurer
• VP Strategy, Marketing and Communication
• VP Membership Experience
• VP Corporate Partners
• VP Network

The election by PWN members will take place in October / November of this year. 

Remember: many women are reluctant to apply for a leadership position because they think they don't have ALL the skills required. This prevents competent women from experiencing a leadership position.

Becoming a Vice President of PWN Paris is a great way for you to reinforce your leadership skills. Helping to lead a non-profit organisation is a rewarding and enriching experience - it gives us the opportunity to develop in a benevolent and supportive environment. You will learn and grow and most importantly, you will leave a legacy.

Sachez-le! Beaucoup de femmes ne postulent pas à un poste car elles pensent qu’elles n’ont pas TOUTES les compétences demandées, et par conséquent se ferment des portes pour accéder à des postes de responsabilité.
