We are happy to announce that we continue our monthly lunches in Sophia Antipolis with a new theme for May. Whether you are a long-time PWN member or would like to learn more about our activities, come join us.

Cultural expectations and gender stereotypes play a vital role in the creation of women’s perceptions of leadership. What are the tools available to achieve the necessary awareness level to become a strong player in today’s world?

If you are ready to step together into a leg of the leadership journey, join us on Tuesday May 28th at our Sophia Antipolis lunch. Marina Gregoretti will be glad to share with you some stories and experiences.

Marina Gregoretti is Executive Director of Pro.Gre Consulting, a Leadership Development consulting firm, committed in helping young talents in discovering their purpose, developing their authentic leadership and plan their future life/career. She is also active in coaching leaders in organisations and in sports.

She has over 30 years of experience in providing services to multinational organisations in Italy Europe and USA. She has designed and delivered programs with the purpose of creating team spirit, alignment, development and leadership.  She has been senior consultant for leader companies in the Automotive industry as well as in the Confectionary Industry, developing talents and managers.

She has cooperated for several years with the director of The Center for Leadership Studies, New York and with the Performance Enhancement Group, Omaha.

Marina has presented evidence  of the experience in Leadership self-development  at the Gallup Institute Leadership Forum 2006, with the paper Awareness, Self Development and Transformation.

She has translated and edited Improving Organizational Effectiveness through Transformational Leadership by Bernard Bass and Bruce Avolio, and Full Leadership Development by Bruce Avolio.

She is member of PWN Nice Cote d’Azur, Vice President Corporate Partnership

Members and non-members are issued a full reimbursement via wire transfer if they cancel their attendance at an event 3 days prior to the event. No refunds or credits will be made for late cancellations, no matter the reason.
