Our mentors, experienced leaders and industry experts, offer fresh perspectives, are happy to be your sounding board, give advice and that extra nudge to dare and push beyond your comfort zone.  

So, how does it work?

1. Once you have registered, we handpick your mentor according to your individual needs.

2. We'll then introduce you to your mentor and also provide best practice tips for a successful mentoring relationship.

3. To kick off your nine month mentoring journey  we'll invite you to a networking session during which you'll have the chance to connect with other mentees, mentors and the broader PWN Zug & Zurich community.

4. Make the most of your time with your mentor, set yourself clear goals and dedicate time to work on them, celebrate successes and learnings and enjoy growing.
