When I am asked about the leader I would like to be, or the leader I am, the best I can think of is: "Living my life being aware of my passions, my purpose in life and the meaning of my actions".

There are a lot of questions we ask ourselves when striving to make a difference as leaders: What kind of leader am I? What is the road that led me to where I am now? Have I been true to my passions and values? Am I living my dream? Do I have a purpose? Does it still make sense to talk about male vs female leadership? Maybe a lifetime is not enough to find the right answers, but are you ready to challenge yourself and discover a purpose that may make your dreams come true?
