Sabine Stöger, Board Member of the United Nations Women National Committee Austria and Head of Corporate Analysis & Portfolio Strategy at BAWAG P.S.K., will introduce the WEPs and present ways of encouraging gender equality at the workplace.
Doris Lippert, Digital Advisor at Microsoft, will describe the strategies and (best) practices put in place by Microsoft to apply the WEPs in the company.
WEP Principles - The Women's Empowerment Principles offer seven steps to guide businesses on how to empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community. The UN Women National Committee Austria is looking for local corporate partners to collaborate on the issue of gender equality in the workplace.
