At the turn of the twenty-first century, women must take part in the advent of a new society that is taking shape. Whether through politics, research, education, thought... but also entrepreneurship, women have a Hictoric page to write and have the means as well as the skills for that. However a last brake remains and not least, since it is secularized by centuries of collective behavior: women must learn to be ambitious. Ambitious many have become with the feminine liberation but it is today for all women to listen to their dreams and to accomplish their mission. Entrepreneurs, more than ever, must also look far and need to rise in recognition and in their social status. The humanist ambition is a way for women and entrepreneurs, since it is nowadays to reinvent our societies at all levels. But we must also embrace this ambition and hold in the long term to move the lines, mentalities and especially to defend convictions through its products. This presentation will be the occasion of an introduction to the metavoluntary behavior (the Grit) which must accompany the entrepreneurs through their mission and their search for success.
