As the PWN Zug & Zurich 2018 mentoring programme draws to a close, it's now time to celebrate the learnings and personal growth!
Our 24 pairs of mentors and mentees will share their most memorable insights, what they learned and how they benefited from the relationships built over the past six months.
In particular, Perng Chiang Chew, a current mentee, will tell us how mentoring has had positive impact on her career journey into a leadership role. Soren Toft-Nielsen, a current mentor will reflect on the value serving as a mentor has brought to him and challenging stereotypes about mentoring males versus females.
The discussion will then continue over the networking apero.
This event is open to everybody interested in our mentoring programme (and the real success stories that have emerged).
Are you keen on a fresh perspective, looking for a sounding board or want to share your experience on your career path? Then come and talk to our members and consider participating as a mentor or mentee for the 2019 mentoring programme.
Janice Mueller, President of PWN Zug & Zurich, and Lisa Christen, VP Career development look forward to welcoming you to this face to face celebration with shared insight on learning and growth over 2018
To maximise our networking and shared learning opportunity, Lisa will lead a breakout of small group discussions where we can benefit from shared learnings and insight from the 2018 Mentoring intake
