Self-Worth: The Secret to Effective Leadership

How many times in the past month have you:

Doubted your abilities (in a meeting, at a conference, or in a conversation)?

At many points in our career, we suffer the consequences of low self-worth.

Healthy self-worth is the secret to effective leadership.

Because when you can lead yourself , leading others is easy

In this workshop, we’ll explore the topic of self-worth – how to develop solid self-worth that will make you an effective leader of yourself and others.

• An understanding of the difference between self-worth and self-confidence
• A simple technique to measure your self-worth level
• What daily exercise increases your self-worth more than any other
• As well as learning some new tools, you’ll also have the opportunity to practice them.

About Your Trainer

The PWN VP of Mentoring, Razwana Wahid, is also an emotional intelligence & leadership trainer. She trains managers to become leaders by developing their self-awareness, self-belief other-awareness and relational skills.

Coupled with learning how to set visions and values for their team, as well as developing their coaching skills, trainees develop from managers unsure of what they’re doing, to leaders who retain top talent and meet business objectives with finesse.
