Come and join us for this month's Sophia Round Table hosted by Lorraine Chekir, a convivial lunch open to members and guests. Lorraine's guest speaker this month is Theresa Destrebecq, who will facilitate a discussion around the topic of Holiday stress.

"The holiday season is just around the corner, and with that often comes family time.  I love my family, but there are times when I really don't like them. Do you know what I mean?"

There is a high level of joy and love that comes with the holidays, but layered on top, or underneath, or around the sides, there can also be a level of stress. Unfortunately, it is in times of stress that we don't always "behave" in the way we might want to otherwise.

During this talk, Theresa wants to offer you the opportunity to reflect and prepare for whatever may come your way--either from friends, family, or a stranger, so that you can be YOUR BEST SELF and can live into the JOY of the holidays, rather than the STRESS.
