She works as a freelance professional, focusing on the issues of control processes as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of large companies and decisionmaking in Boards of Directors, with a focus on the benefits of diversity, sustainability and strategic business vision. She chaired the Board of Directors of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Mirandola for 4 years. She represents the National Council of Chartered Accountants in international professional associations, thus bringing an international vision to daily activities (Ifac International Federation of accountants - New York). Practitioner of traditional martial arts for over twenty years: particularly Aikido, Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu and Katori Shinto Ryu. She explores and applies the benefits of these disciplines to understanding and managing business and management activities.
