Thais Compoint (she/her) is a top global inclusive leadership expert who helps leaders, teams, and organisations thrive through inclusion and psychological safety. A multi-award-winning 3x TEDx speaker, author, facilitator, and consultant, Thais is widely sought after for her evidence-based strategic advice as well as her highly inspiring and practical keynotes and workshops. She has addressed more than 40,000 people across industries and geographies, including three TED events, and is the author of Succeed as an Inclusive Leader and Practising Inclusive Leadership (upcoming). Her pioneering work has earned her 16 global awards, including the Top Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader Award from the World HRD Congress.
