John is CEO of Marsh McLennan's businesses in Ireland with overall responsibility for Mercer and Marsh.
John was appointed as CEO of Mercer Ireland in January 2019. Prior to this he led Mercer's Health and Career businesses and was Growth Leader for the business in Ireland. He is an Executive Director of Mercer's entities in Ireland and serves on the board of Marsh McLennan Ireland Limited. In March 2023, he was appointed CEO Marsh McLennan in Ireland.
John is passionate about helping companies solve their biggest challenges in the areas of Risk, Strategy and People through the full power and capabilities of Marsh McLennan. John is also the executive sponsor of Marsh McLennan’s DEI programmes in Ireland
