Description

Anala Farías is an innovation strategist and creator of Humanity Tiles®, a transformative team culture co-design system that helps teams see, feel, and shape their culture from the inside out. Her work sits at the intersection of emotional intelligence, behavioral change, and psychological safety—supporting leaders and teams to co-design the behaviors they want to live every day, and commit to them in practice. Ana believes organizations don’t “have” a culture—culture is designed through daily human interactions. That’s why she is deeply committed to supporting women in HR / People & Culture roles: the people who influence leadership behavior, shape people systems, and hold the complexity of wellbeing, performance, and inclusion across organizations. She has work with organizations such as WHO, UNICEF, Maersk, Novo Nordisk, and LEGO Education, facilitating reflection-based workshops and innovation processes that strengthen collaboration, trust, and shared accountability. Ana holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Public Administration and Policy and has worked with the Rockefeller Foundation’s Innovation Department in New York. Her background also includes strategic communication and creative leadership in public-awareness initiatives—working with clients such as Amnesty International, UNDP, and government institutions, as well as global brands including Coca-Cola, Adidas, Nike, and Vodafone.
