Dorthe Absalon is the People, Culture and Safety Director at LOXAM. She has extensive experience in HR, leadership, and communication, having worked in organizations within the building industry as well as running her own business both in Denmark and abroad. Throughout her HR career, Dorthe has been involved in several major restructuring processes and is deeply committed to putting people first, especially during times of change. She holds a degree in Human Resources, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a psychotherapy education.
