Phoebe Benta-Albertsen
LEGO Group
Community, Culture & Events Leader
Description
Phoebe Benta-Albertsen, Design Community & Creative Culture Lead at The LEGO Group and author of *Future by Design*, brings a career shaped by reinvention, resilience and a willingness to start again. From discovering dyslexia later in life to relocating abroad alone at 18 and navigating multiple career transitions, her journey reflects the ability to rethink what is possible and build a career on your own terms.
Her perspective explores resilience as an ongoing choice rather than a fixed personal trait, and what it takes to stay adaptable as the world of work continues to change. She also highlights the role of belonging and human connection in giving people the confidence to grow, take risks and reinvent themselves.
